Uncle Thomas Visits!

Uncle Thomas was in China when Phin was born.

Uncle Thomas got back to the states and got a week vacation off from work.
He went fishing and tried to get his internal clock turned back around - as China days and nights are opposite from us. Then, he got in his truck and drove all the way back to Missouri from Austin to visit Grandma Susie and then drive THREE HOURS further to visit baby Phin.

While the whole family had been following Uncle T-Bone's blog while in China, it was so great to see him in person and for him to get to see Phin as well.

Uncle T-Bone also brought gifts back for the whole family! Dan loved his shirt so much he put it through the washer so he could wear it to work straight away. Dan's co-worker told him what the shirt says and went on to tell him that he (the co-worker) was jealous of the shirt... (GREAT JOB UNCLE THOMAS!)

Phin was a little cranky while Uncle T-Bone was here, but Thomas was STILL able to lull our little boy to sleep!
